A. Six-year fixed-term Full Professor Positions in terms of Excellent Young Scientists Fund Program (Overseas) of National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC)
Salary and Start-up package
(1) Appointment Position and salary: Full professor position is offered on the public institution system of contractual employment and the term is 6-year, and the annual pre-tax income is 600,000 RMB (about $83,000) including insurance contributions from the institution, with additional research performance bonuses (indirect expenses from funded research projects allocated for performance expenditures).
(2) Start-up research Funding: 3-7 million RMB on the basis of national funding (about $400, 000-$970,0000 ).
(3) Housing allowance (tax-exempt, including Dalian housing allowance from the government) : 280 million RMB (about $ 388,000)
(4) Team Support: During the first three years of the contract, four Ph.D. students quotas are provided and funding for hiring six postdoctoral researchers (3-year term for each one) is provided.
二、教授/研究員
崗位條件：
在相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域取得了同行專家認(rèn)可的科研、技術(shù)等成果，具有廣闊的學(xué)術(shù)視野和創(chuàng)新思維，有成為該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人或杰出人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿?，原則上不超過40周歲。聘期內(nèi)考核目標(biāo)明確，具體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可與學(xué)院聯(lián)系人咨詢。
福利待遇：
①全口徑工資50+萬/年（不含科研績效）；
②安家費(fèi)120萬（包括學(xué)校60萬，大連市30萬*，遼寧省30萬*），留連/來連工作并認(rèn)定為大連市青年才俊，可申請安家費(fèi)30萬*；博士后留連/來連工作并認(rèn)定為“興遼英才計劃-博士后”，可獲30萬獎勵*；

B. Six-year fixed-term Professor
Job Requirements
(1) DUT invites outstanding applicants from academia with recognized achievements, international academic vision, capabilities for innovation and high potential to become principal investigators in the field.
(2) The applicants are preferably under age 40.
(3) The appointee shall set clear goals for the performance appraisal during the term of the contract (Please contact the department contact persons for more detailed evaluation standards at the end of the webpage).
Salary and Start-up package
(1) 500,000 Yuan RMB (about $69,000) pre-tax annual salary (not including academic bonus).

崗位條件：
在國內(nèi)外知名大學(xué)取得博士學(xué)位不超過3年，身體健康，具有嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)目茖W(xué)態(tài)度和團(tuán)隊協(xié)作精神，扎實的研究基礎(chǔ)和較強(qiáng)的科研能力，原則上不超過30周歲。聘期2-3年，考核目標(biāo)明確，具體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可與學(xué)院聯(lián)系人咨詢。
福利待遇：
①全口徑工資25-30+萬/年（不含科研提成和團(tuán)隊績效）；
②出站后，留連工作并認(rèn)定為大連市青年才俊，可申請安家費(fèi)30萬*；
③出站后，留連工作并認(rèn)定為“興遼英才計劃-博士后”，可獲30萬獎勵*。
④優(yōu)秀博士后出站推薦申請大連理工大學(xué)助理教授或副教授，可獲安家費(fèi)50-100萬*；
⑤如入選國家、校級相應(yīng)人才計劃，在學(xué)校待遇基礎(chǔ)上疊加資助（國資計劃A檔資助56萬及科研啟動費(fèi)8萬、B檔資助36萬、C檔資助24萬；引進(jìn)計劃資助90萬及安家費(fèi)3萬）；

Job requirements
(1) The successful candidate will be expected to have a relevant PhD degree (received within 3 years); a solid research foundation and strong research capability; academic prudence and team spirit.
(2) The applicants are preferably under age 30.
(3) The appointee shall set clear goals for the performance appraisal during the 2-3-year contract (Please contact the department contact persons for more detailed evaluation standards at the end of the webpage).
Remunerations and Benefits
(1) 250,000-300,000 Yuan RMB (about $34,000-$41,000) pre-tax annual salary (not including research bonus and team performance bonus), on a 3-year contract.
(2) Outstanding appointees wil be recommended to apply for the teaching positions as assistant professors or associate professors of DUT when the contract ends, lf the application is successful, they can receive 500,000-1,000,000 Yuan RMB of housing allowance.
(3) If selected for national and school level talent programs, additional funding will be provided on top of the school's benefits.
